The first day of the rest of my life..

Hello all
It is the first day of the rest of my life. I have decided to take control of my life. Decided to take it back. I have been a slug long enough.. I feel so much energetic today .. Due to a B12 and a B 6 shot I got yesterday.. I have been so lethargic and have had no energy and feel so bad but seen the Dr. and advised a B12 & B6 shot for a boost of energy. And it is working I think.. well I have more than I had yesterday .. I have gotten my kitchen clean and the counter tops clean and the stove clean and the dishes done. I hope with the new energy I will start feeling like getting up and doing things. And losing weight. I need to if I am to do all the fun things this summer with the kids. So many vacations and mini trips and I want to enjoy myself and not feel to tired and hurt to walk and participate and not sit and watch. ..

And who knows I might get some scrapping done to like I want to do.
Well break is over and I am off to clean some more.

What can I say but I didn't go.. I am not in to getting up at 3 or 4 am to go shopping.. I would rather stay in my warm bed.. I am a scrouge on that aspect of Christmas shopping. I rather take my time and shop at a slow pace.. Of course I make a list of what I need and go and get it.. and then if there is other things I see I might pick them up.. I still have a list of Christmas gifts to get.. I have a lot of Gift cards to buy also.. I might even do a bit of Christms Shoppin on line.. Never know.. LOL Well I am off for now.. 6/23/13 Sunday what cloudy day! And a bit humid. It has been awhile since I have posted! Been a boring life! I have got to do something to lose weight or I will go crazy ! I can't stand myself! I just wish things would be like it was !

Good Morning March 7,2012

Good Windy Wednesday!! It is so windy today.. and there predicting rain for the rest of the week after today.. Been a busy week. I have to go and get my B12& B6 shot Thursday and Friday my son is off to a school function and will return home Saturday night. Going to a Global Fest for his Spanish club.. Not sure what I am going to do this weekend.. With rain and all .. probably do laundry and just chill. Or tackle some closet that need cleaning out. Who knows.. Well things are going good with the weight loss.. I am keeping a journal on my computer and writing down everything I eat. Also got a call yesterday from the clinic.. my blood that they drew had some issues. 1. I am anemic and 2. High cholesterol & 3. I have a very low reading on my Thyroid and there wanting to give me medication for it. So maybe that is why I am fat..... lol Anyway I have to go and see the PA when I get my shot to see what I need to do. I will let you all know.. But I best close for now and finish ge...
